Perhaps what time you started labor? Or even better, what time SHE was born? :)
Well 1028 is MY birthday so maybe you are sending early wishes??!! HA HA- maybe it's the time you had a first contraction, the time you left home, how many minutes until your due date???? I just dont' know.. fill us in :)
